PETA's World's Sexiest Vegetarian man for 2007

A big shout out to my very very dear friend, Kevin Eubanks of Tonight Show who has been Voted Sexiest Vegetarian Man.

Following a week-long rally by Jay Leno, Tonight Show band leader Kevin Eubanks has been voted PETA's World's Sexiest Vegetarian man for 2007. Leno couldn't be happier about Kevin Eubanks' triumph. He mentioned the contest several times during the past week and said that he went to PETA's Web site to vote for Eubanks, noting that he "want[ed Kevin] to win to bring honor to [the Tonight Show] stage." Tonight Show viewers logged on in large numbers, pushing Kevin Eubanks ahead of his competitors. Long known for his buff body -- in addition to his musical skills -- Eubanks has said, "Every night before the show, I make sure [my] guitar is perfectly tuned. And every day, I do the same for my body -- with healthy, vegetarian meals. It's the easiest way to stay fit and feel great."

I met Firouzeh and her mom LAST WEEK - she booked me for her wedding THIS Saturday which is the only Saturday I have left in the summer. Her fiance, Shadpour, lives in Boston and just got back into town on the weekend. SPEEDY GONZALEZ - this girl can plan a wedding FAST! Until Saturday - here are a few images from today's shoot!

I'll never forget when Nicole and Jason came to ee me. My little Whiskey dog sat on Nicole's lap the whole interview and it was just so natural. Gotta love a dog lover! so of course we had to include Turner in these family portraits.

HOT CHILD in the CITY - OTTAWA, ON

With the humidex reading at 38 - my god daughter, Katrina, pulled me out of the air conditioned house and reminded me again about the value of balance. All work and no play...just isn't right.




We took a half hour swim break before lunch :) - then back to editing it was!

What a whirlwind!!! North by North East was a BLAST this weekend. Due to poor cell service and dodgy internet... a big sorry to those I didn't get to catch up with.


This weekend was a SUNNY fun filled music weekend, some shopping at my favorite stores, meeting LOTS of new friends and seeing lots of great bands! Here are a few highlight snaps of the weekend. I shot so much and saw so much that I am only posting a few before my flight back to Ottawa.

DESTINATION WEDDING #3 for 3

It's AMAZING how many familiar faces I see at weddings. I thank you for trusting in my passion and vision and passing my name through the grapevine!! That means more to me then words can express! There is no better advertisement then word or mouth and seeing joyful photos framed around the house and gorgeous coffee table albums proudly displayed for viewing!

This weekend, I ran into so many familiar faces and met new faces from both previous, and up and coming weddings. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this group of friends, parents and people I see I will be spending the summer with!

I would also like to congratulate Alexandra and Don for allowing me to share in such a lovely ceremony mixing religions and beliefs that make a 10 year commitment, a love for eternity!

SUMMER in the CITY

Vancouver in the summertime is the most beautiful place in the world. Sometimes I forget this during the rainy season (November thru April) but when that sun is out. WOW!!! This is I why I live here.
