For all of you greeting married @ THE BROCK HOUSE... I have been asked to participate in the Brock House Wedding Show on Saturday October 13, 2007. This is a wonderful show held at Brock House put on by those fine ladies at DreamGroup. As always, this show combines wonderful Cocktail Fare with a Funky Fashion Show. I will be there alongside with a limited, elite, and carefully selected assembly of exhibitors. Here, you will be meeting with some of the most qualified and experienced wedding professionals in Vancouver who have earned themselves an excellent reputation for being at the top of their game in their area of expertise.

Swimming Lessons

as summer comes to a close, and labour day begins, the kids go back to school, and routines start to form again... I get a big nostalgic. I remember going to my cottage every summer and swimming from sun up to sun down. Now that I'm a bit older, I no longer do it, but I have passed the legacy along. All summer Whiskey and I have been doing this. Gosh, he makes me laugh. He loves the water. I can do this for hours, as can he.





he makes me so proud bringing back the ball everytime, and being the fastest little guy out there!

MEGHAN + DAVE | 08.25.07

They had an absolutely gorgeous wedding in West Vancouver on Saturday.
Now, they are not to be confused with the OTHER Meghan and Dave who got married in West Vancouver on Saturday. Seems that there were 2 weddings, both in West Vancouver, both on Saturday - both Meghans to Daves and some of our guests got confused as to where to go as the 'other' Meghan and Dave had signs and balloons....

I woke up this morning @ 4am and flew to Los Angeles to shoot PENSIVE, a punk band from San Diego, had an AMAZING photoshoot in downtown LA, then took the last flight out to get ready for my destination Whistler wedding tomorrow.

Today was the day the Gow's and the Cain's became official Gow-Cain's!



The FANTASTIC Nicki Harris Productions created such a magical day with an amazing dream team
Delicious catering from GLOWBAL CATERING, stunning flowers and decor from Simon Cooksley and even Mary Ellen's vows on a Cupcakes cake... how sweet is that?!

I LOVE MY JOB!!!

I really do have the BEST job in the world. I really, really do!
I am sooooooooooo blessed.

JENNIE + KELLY | 08.04.07

TEARS, TEARS and more TEARS were shed today. Tears of LOVE and HAPPINESS. Today was the wedding of all weddings - Jennie and Kelly. After 7 years of courtship, today, they made it official.

Sweet, Sweet Jennie made the wedding of her dreams come true by being a. a super sexy couple, and b. hiring the CREME de la CREME of the wedding industry! I would like to give a big shout out to everyone involved in making this special day..exactly that...a day no one will ever forget!




Soha at Countdown Events, made sure the day ran smooth and on time and that everything looked GORGEOUS, the dress was a Monique Lhuillier fromBisou Bridal, bridesmaid dresses were FROCKS, the hundreds and hundreds of spectacular flowers came from Granville Island Florist, the delicious cake from Ganache, The ceremony was held at the Brock House, followed by a lavish reception at the Vancouver Club. Toss is Lisa's dad's classic car and me to document it all ;) all I can say is WOW! WOW! WOW!~


a special day for Jennie and a proud moment for her dad - who was there all night in her heart and the room.
J&K, I love you both so very much, and I am so happy for you, my BFF! xoxo

Happy 65th

I met Allison (and Brian) a few years ago when she was planning her wedding. Today was Allison's mother's birthday. She and her sister decided to give their mom a wonderful dinner as well as the gift of family portraits for her birthday.
How gorgeous is this family?!


It was so lovely to meet the newest addition to the family, Charlie!
