ADRIENNE + HO YAN | FALL SESSION

It's such an honor to share in my friends Adrienne and HY's big day.

I'm a bit teary about their love story because there is a bit of history between us. We were neighbours, both moved into our new development 'the hub' at the same time, and ironically enough, when i signed and bought my place, I was actually going to purchase their suite (but I changed my mind at the last minute and picked another one- DOH!!)

We had sooooooo much fun during our fall engagement shoot session.
Of course we had to bring Murphy. After all, HE was the one who brought Adrienne the box with her engagement ring in it during a Whistler get away.

Proud momma Joanne and Papa Sean who got married in April 1, 2006, (you may remember their fun, colorful wedding - click here) announced the arrival of baby Samara into the world - eight days late - on 08.07.07.



While daddy was away, the girls did play... and I wanted to invite myself over to capture some of this fun... so i did! Thanks ladies!!!



Samara was trying to decide what she wanted to be for haloween this year, so she modeled a few of her choices...

after 2 hours of posing and modeling for me, i finally took the hint...

all in a days work...

another rainy Friday night in Vancouver

My good friend, Amanda, moved to New Orleans in the summer.
Tonight she was missing the VanCity asked me to go out and take some photos of what I was doing tonight - so i did.
Well, Miss Amanda - you are in luck! You just do happen to catch me on a 'date night' with my love, Dash!

Tonight was the perfect night, this is what we do on this cold, wet Friday night in Vancouver.. we hung out and ate and chilled = bliss!

It's no surprise that I am a big fan of "keeping it real" on Main Street in Vancouver and supporting the most amazing local talent around. I am so lucky to have the Flower Factory just down the street from my place. They make the most delicious bouquets and arrangements ever.

I see them weekly for a special pick me up - and they amaze me with gorgeous creations weekly!

So Whiskey and I have been working super hard the past few months - so we have taken a little break from the Vancouver rain and gone south to the sun in Los Angeles. I can be reached via email or on my US cell 310-721-2152.

Today I saw the lovely pregnant Nicole Richie and Joel Madden shopping @ Barney's, ducking the paparazzi - seconds later Britney drove by with 48 paparazzi cars following her. Word on the street is everyone is concerned about Britney's mental health after losing custody of her 2 kids... I'll keep you posted on all (I have an inside source...)
